Idea

Whether it's a rough idea or a well-defined concept, or even a patented invention, with utmost confidentiality and after signing the necessary NDA, ENKI will assess the feasibility of what the client requires.

ENKI will propose feasible engineering alternatives that correspond to or closely match the client's desires. There may be multiple solutions to a complex problem; ENKI's design team will present these options along with their respective features, allowing the client to choose the option that best aligns with their objectives, such as performance and anticipated implementation costs.

Design

Once the incoming requirements have been established and shared in a dedicated document, if the client has entrusted the project to ENKI, the design team will begin its development.

If the project is particularly complex and extensive, it will be divided into sub-projects. The most challenging parts will be developed first to verify their feasibility and compliance with the requirements, thus minimizing investment risk.

Parts and any necessary tools will be designed. Regular updates with the client, sharing, and validation of design choices allow for monitoring and immediate correction of possible deviations, while maintaining focus on the objective. Any changes to the requirements can also be managed much more efficiently this way.

ENKI's multiple internal capabilities enable the company to be responsive and quick in developing and verifying design solutions, minimizing the need to rely on external suppliers' delivery times.

Le fasi di progettazione sono completamente tracciate, come previsto dalla normativa.

Prototyping

Once the feasibility of components and technical solutions has been acquired, mock-ups and prototypes of the developing devices or their parts can be created. Performance can be verified and necessary aspects refined.

With the fewest iterations necessary, the process can lead to the final prototype, ready for the certification and industrialization phase.

Production

The pre-series activities, industrialization, training of production personnel, and the preparation of necessary documentation, which is provided to the client for the required product certification, constitute the final phase of the technical development of the project.

Once these activities are completed, the idea has become a reality, ready to be manufactured on a larger scale and introduced to the market.
