Compounding

ENKI , thanks to its ongoing research and knowhow of different plastic material grades, has recently setup a Compound Department. It is entirely dedicated to creating intermediate material hardnesses in order to satisfy our clients needs.

ENKI offers its clients a qualified customer and technical assistance during each step necessary to develop a new product. Our studies aim to developing the most performing material according to the final use intended for the device and to the physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal and magnetic and electrical conductivity, adhesive, radiopaque, sterilizing and biocompatible and antibacterial material features.

ENKI has a laboratory for rheological, mechanical, colour and physical characterization of raw material and compound.
Thanks to FEA (Final elements analysis) Enki can support the engineering and prototyping steps, also from a mechanical and fluid dynamic point of view.
